RaiseReady Systems helps alternative investment managers fill their pipelines with accredited investors — fast. Their clients are fund managers, syndicators, and real estate operators across the US who need a steady stream of qualified investor meetings. To deliver on that promise, RaiseReady runs sophisticated Meta Ads campaigns, full-funnel video content, and investor nurture sequences — all built on strong creative.

The Challenge

When RaiseReady started scaling, they ran into a problem most growing agencies face: the creative bottleneck.

Running Meta Ads at a professional level isn't a "a few posts and see what sticks" game. It requires a continuous flow of high-quality graphics, tested ad variations, and video assets — all tailored to the specific branding of each investment firm they work with. And as their client roster grew, so did the complexity.

Each new client had their own identity, their own ICP, their own brand colors and voice. RaiseReady needed a partner that could absorb that complexity at scale — producing volume without sacrificing quality, and doing it fast enough to support live campaigns.

They needed a creative arm. Not a freelancer. Not an internal hire. A system.

The Partnership

We started working with RaiseReady in 2022. At the time, the scope was simple: a handful of social media posts. But as their business grew, so did ours.

What began as social support evolved into something much bigger — a fully integrated creative operation embedded into RaiseReady's delivery model. Today, the moment they onboard a new client, we take over everything creative.

What We Built

A Scalable Figma System

One of the first things we developed was a master file architecture in Figma. Every RaiseReady client gets their own dedicated file — structured, organized, and ready to produce. When a new client comes in, we configure their color palette, typography, and style guide directly into the system. From there, the file feeds itself: templates are ready, variations are pre-built, and output speed increases dramatically. No reinventing the wheel every time.

A Design Language That Actually Performs

After testing and iterating across multiple clients, we identified what works — and systematized it. Our ad creative formula follows a clear visual logic: a compelling tagline, a direct headline, supporting bullet points, and a high-impact image. Simple. Tested. Scalable.

For the imagery, we work with AI generation from the start. We collect ICP data from each client — who the target investor is, their demographics, lifestyle — and use that information to generate images that feel credible and familiar to the audience seeing the ad. It's not stock photography. It's intentional.

A Full Video Production Pipeline

Over the past few years, video grew into the core of what we deliver. We edit everything that goes into a RaiseReady client's funnel: webinars, intro videos, arm videos, and short-form ad content for Meta.

For clients who don't have a strong presence in front of a camera, we also produce AI-generated video from static photos — so no one is left without assets.

Brand Creation for Funds Within Funds

Some of RaiseReady's clients operate multiple funds under the same entity. When a new fund needs its own identity, we build it — logo, visual language, and all the creative assets to launch it.
