Sensedia is a global leader in modern integration solutions, specializing in APIs, Microservices, and Events. With 15 years of experience, Sensedia has become a trusted partner for large corporations, helping them navigate digital transformations with agility and efficiency.

The Starting Point

Despite their strong market presence, Sensedia was facing challenges with their website's performance. Both paid and organic traffic campaigns were underperforming, and a closer look revealed that the site’s structure was not conducive to lead generation. Additionally, the website’s role in the customer journey was unclear, leaving visitors without a clear path to connect with Sensedia’s solutions.

Our Journey Together

When Sensedia approached us, it was clear they needed more than just a cosmetic update. After in-depth discussions and analysis with their Digital Marketing, Marketing, and Product Design teams, we identified key areas for improvement. We proposed a comprehensive website redesign that focused on enhancing user experience, optimizing performance, and restructuring content to better guide visitors through their journey.

Our strategy included technical optimizations to address slow loading times, redesigning over 100 pages to ensure intuitive navigation, and modernizing the website’s visual style to better reflect Sensedia’s brand.

The Transformation

The redesign led to significant improvements. We boosted the Google Page Speed score from 25 to 80, resulting in faster load times and a more satisfying user experience. The new design adopted a block structure, which allowed for flexible and consistent page creation across all devices. We also introduced clear and persuasive Call-to-Actions (CTAs) throughout the site, improving conversion rates.

Additionally, the website was made available in three languages, expanding Sensedia’s global reach and strengthening their international presence.
